I started my real estate business in 2004 after many years of owning and managing my own business with my husband and partner, Larry Gardiner. I have been amazed at my selling success these past few years achieving multimillion dollar sales several years running. I owe my success in real estate to the wonderful clients I have had the pleasure of working with. My greatest satisfaction is helping my clients find the right home.
My husband Larry and I have lived in Newburgh, Maine for 20 years after spending 15 years in Holden, Maine. We enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking and taking care of our 40 acre horse property. I also enjoys crafts of all kinds including sewing and basket weaving. We love spending time with family and our 5 grandchildren.
I am a member of the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS, Maine Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Secretary of the Greater Bangor Board of REALTORS for 2008,2009,2010, serve on the Newburgh Planning Board, member of Holden Congregational Church. I have also served on the Board of Penobscot Pony Club ( part of USPC) and served as District Commissioner for 2 years.

That said, in my experience as a Bangor real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I am a firm believer in providing my clients with all the information they require to make good decisions in the buying and selling process. Understanding the process allows you to make informed decisions and allows me to provide the best representation possible.
This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
